This Refund Policy applies to purchases of Aether Driver Care made directly from Aether Software, Inc. (“Aether,” “we,” “us”) through aethersoftware.us or our authorized payment processors.

1. Eligibility
You're eligible for a full refund of the license fee if your request is received within 30 calendar days of purchase. Because Aether Driver Care is a digital product, there is nothing to ship back — simply uninstall the software once your refund is issued.
2. How to request a refund
Email hello@aethersoftware.us with the subject “Refund Request” and include the email used at purchase, your order/transaction reference (if available), and the approximate purchase date. We aim to acknowledge requests within 1–2 business days.
3. How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. We submit refunds within 2 business days of approval; they typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer. We charge no processing fee.
4. Subscriptions & cancellation
Aether Driver Care is primarily a one-time $9.99 license. If you purchased a renewing plan, you may cancel future renewals anytime by emailing us; a renewal charge can be refunded if requested within 30 days of that charge.
5. Exceptions
We may decline requests made after the 30-day window, or that show evidence of fraud, chargeback abuse, or repeated purchase-and-refund activity. Each request is reviewed individually and in good faith.
6. Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any refund or cancellation rights you may have under the consumer-protection laws of your country, state, or region.
